Who is responsible

Douzeo is a project by Anton Prokopev, a self-employed professional in Portugal (Matosinhos), who is the controller of the data described here.

What data we process

This site uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no third-party content. The typeface and images are served by the site itself.

When you open a page, the server receives your IP address and technical request data only to deliver the page. We do not keep visit logs.

If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and, where relevant, to prepare the club's pilot.

Legal basis

Replying to your request and preparing the pilot at the club's request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in communicating with interested clubs (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long

We keep messages while we are in conversation with the club and for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Who else has access

Website hosting: LightNode, with the server in Istanbul (Turkey). Email: Fastmail Pty Ltd (Australia). These providers process data only to provide their service.

Both are outside the European Union. You can ask us about the safeguards that apply to these transfers.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to hello@douzeo.app.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
